The delicate floral Raschel base has been extensively embellished throughout with an array of beads, sequins, 3D petal work and pearls. Towards the attractive scalloped edge, within the floral inspired fan motif there are huge diamantes. There are also sweeping garlands of 3D flowers that frame the ostentatious design. The
