The off white dial has a nice even and subtle patina to it, and gives no doubt to its originality. The date function sits at 3 o'clock and is outlined with a gilt window. The gilt baton markers are differentiated at 12, 6 and 9 o'clock to help make for an easy ready. And even with the aged lume the sword type, gilt hour, minute and central seconds hands
