The award certificate states that SS Sturmmann Egon Wojatzky of the 5th Company of SS Panzer Grenadier Regiment 6 Theodor Eicke has been awarded the Panzer Badge in Bronze. The document is dated to July 22, 1944 and signed in blue ink by SS Obersturmbannfhrer and Regiment Commander
