It is named to Julius Herz, director of the Allgemeine Bodencredit Anstalt (bank and credit institute). It is dated to Vienna on August 30, 1885 and carries a facsimile signature of Emperor Franz Joseph I. Measuring 629 mm (w) x 524 mm (h), presenting three folding creases, remains extremely fine.
