A Commander neck badge, consisting of 18K Gold, in the form of a white enamelled shamrock cross with the green rays of a Maltese cross in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a large hollow Gold crown, worn on a full length green neck ribbon, measures 53. 35 mm (w) x 85. 22 mm (h), weighs 32. 04 grams (including ribbon), enamel chips and cracks on white shamrock,
