Constructed of silvered zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, with a central rosette within a laurel leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 39. 92 mm (w) x 44. 96 mm (h), weighing 13. 2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
