A Luftwaffe Marksmanship Lanyard, Grade 9, constructed of dark blue grey rayon threading interspersed with silver aluminum wire chevrons, affixed with three gold bullion wire knots and completing at each end in a loop for uniform attachment, pinned with a gilded aluminum insignia consisting of an oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika,
