Constructed of silvered with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with blue enameled arms, all completing in ball finials and with arms joined through the quadrants by crowned monograms, the three, nine, and twelve oclock arms bearing peacock feathers, the six oclock arm bearing a knights helmet with feathers, with a central
