Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a raised depiction of the Order of the German Eagle consisting of a Maltese Cross with quadrants joined by NSDAP style German national eagles clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a raised
