It states that Oberleutnant der Reserve (Senior Lieutenant of the Reserve) Helmuth Wendel was awarded the Flugzeugbeobachterabzeichen (Observer Badge) in Berlin on June 3, 1936. The transcript is dated to Dresden Airport on June 8, 1936 and signed by a Reich Bank Inspector, the name could be Teichert or similar. A letter to Wendel,
