Champagne Remi Leroy, Brut Nature, NV new and what a way toA rich flavourful Champagne with ripe fruit reflecting the dominance of Pinot Noir in the blend and the low yields of the vines. Brut Nature wines don't have any sugar solution included in the liqueur dexpdition the dosage added to top up the wines after they are disgorged. Remi is able to do this as he picks his grapes at optimum ripeness and ages the wines for 3 years on lees which rounds out the flavours.
