Joan and Josep
light florals
Textured and juicy
If it's good enough for Dujac and DRC
Simple vinification – whole bunch fermentation with native yeasts
Enfield Wine Co., 'Citrine' Chardonnay, 2021 Subscription Joan and JosepFrom four vineyards averaging 40 years in age, this wine balances tropical and floral notes with a surprising acidity and subtle creaminess. A mineral rich, juicy delight, it's a recognisably Californian wine but with a hint of the finesse of Chablis. With this in your glass, it would do wonderful work beside a whole Sea Bream cooked in butter.
