It is in very good vintage condition - the lights for the photography pick up the brass tones underneath the chrome plating as it has got very thin over the years

Numerous lovely quality bright sapphire blue rhinestones are claw prong set open backed in shiny silver tone. The quality and colour of the rhinestones is outstanding and the design is delicate and detailed.
