Nose: Powerful rich toffee and caramel, hints of sweet oak and rich tobacco leaf, soft peppery notes. Palate: Candied citrus peels, light vanilla pod, hard candy with some apple and damsons, chocolate fudge and hints of strawberry and cream cheese cake, cracked black and pink pepper corns, shortbread and cherry muffins.
