Domaine Alex Moreau, Saint Aubin 1er Cru 'En Remilly', 2016 Swartland Great served chilledCrisp and stony on the nose with fresh apple, citrus and a subtle smokiness. The palate is clean and precise, with bright acidity, good weight and a long mineral finish. This site is one of the best in Saint Aubin and Alex is farming just a quarter of a hectare here. In the face of this tricky vintage, Alex gave us this wines with no signs of such difficulty.
