Commonly known as burlap in the USA, Hessian is a woven fabric historically used in the German state of Hesse, and can be identified by it's cross stitched appearance. Cake Lace mats, as standard, have a unique '3D' effect with different levels of detail. You can attach Cake Lace using a little water on your sugarpaste, or for effortless
