Suntory Royal Year of the Rooster 43% 60cl Ailsa Bay Palate: Deep and dark smokeThis decanter marks the year of the rooster, it's from the same decade as the sheep decanter or in and around that period going from the design. The Rooster years are as follows 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993 these dates will be pre and post ceramic decanters. Nose: Sweet caramel and autumnal berries, some light peach and cherry with a soft honey. Palate: Rich and very smooth, toffee and hints of almonds with a candy shell, white chocolate
