Epidote has a good luster which is apparent in the thicker crystal growth on the specimen

which was hidden beneath a layer of low-quality calcite

The tips have whiter color

geometric impressions left behind by other crystals

I suspect it could be epidote but admit even with magnification my eyes aren’t good enough to tell—email me if you know about this material
