Celler Pardas, Pur Xarel.lo, 2022 feed-cl0-Greece Seriously aromatic Beaujolais from thisThis is an elegant rich wine. Apricot, golden apples and hay, immediately bring to mind this beautiful warm vintage. There is real skill in the way the freshness has been maintained in this wine. For generations Xarel. lo has been the defining grape of this region and this is a wonderful illustration of why.
