Ewereka blue cheese by Almnas Brukby Central Coast Creamery. Product of USA. Aged for 3 months, Ewereka is a unique cheddar made entirely of sheep's milk. It is creamy and slightly crumbly with a flavor similar to an aged cheddar but with a sweetness and earthiness brought in only by sheep's milk. Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, starter, vegetarian rennet. CONTAINS: MILK
