Nose: Lots of aromatic notes like sliced oak, cigar box cedar lining, some orchard fruits like green apples, brambles and pears. Palate: A smooth opening to the palate, vanilla and peach, soft baked sponge with lemon drizzle, hints of mulberry and white truffles, shortbread with chocolate chips, berries and soft sherry notes across the whole palate right into the finish.
