Thick sliced Robust, smokey and sultry! We take our superior Atlantic salmon and slow cure it in our unique blend of Dead Sea Salt and Demerara sugar. The salmon is then smoked slowly through the day, rested in the fridge overnight, before receiving a second gentle smoke to really enhance the smokey flavours. We found this way to be preferable to one long smoke
