Lingua Franca, 'Avni' Chardonnay, 2022 OOS Bright zesty acidity and aThis is rich and full Chardonnay that retains its brightness and energy. Fresh juicy grapefruit and lemon pith run move into rich ripe spiced quince and pear all running alongside mineral acidity. The fruit for this wine was selected with a focus on freshness. It was then labour intensively fermented and aged in a carefully curated selection of oak barrels, bringing roundness and fine tuning structure and body. The balance of this wine is stunning.
