"From a biodynamic vineyard in the Waihopai Valley
The second nose then reveals notes of spices
On the palate it is succulent
Truly a wine to savour
the Pierre Jourdan Brut is a classic bubbly
Groot Constantia Gouveneurs Reserve 2014 Warwick Estate "From a biodynamic vineyard inTraditional Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. On the nose one finds ripe rich flavours like blackberry, black cherries and plums with hints of cigar box. These rich flavours follow through on the palate with hints of black pepper on the aftertaste. The firm yet fine tannins promise good maturation potential. Tim Atkin 91 100 Platter 5 Stars
