the wine was transferred to French oak barrels (mostly 500L puncheons) for wild malolactic fermentation and ten months maturation in our cellar

Our Chardonnay block was established in 2007 by grafting two acres of our gentle north facing Shiraz block

where it completed malolactic fermentation and matured in our cellar for eight months prior to bottling
