but is largely in wonderful vintage condition

The front legs also seem to be missing the grommet and are being held together by that black string

but still stays flat

It features a red Northern Cardinal perched on a brach with a black background. This tin dates to the 1950s by the Miller Bryant Pierce Co. out of Aurora, Illinois. It would be a cute piece of decor or use it to hold or stash something away like buttons or change. Condition: It is in good vintage condition, and does show some minor wear to both sides, but the inside is nice
