Nineteen 70 Something Wheated Bourbon Mexico Barreled October 18Connecticut's Nineteen70Something (N7S) is a new NDP that puts out a few different whiskeys with uncommon mash bills. This 1970 Something bourbon is a wheated single barrel, and it has a little pop to it. It's aged in a 53 gallon, spiral cut char 3 barrel, which gives the mouthfeel more depth. That viscosity compliments a palate highlighted by toffee, dark cocoa and dried fruits. Age NAS Mash Bill 68% Corn. 20% Wheat. 12% Barley. Proof 107 53. 5% ABV
