Professor Hitoshi Suzuki, supervised a series of student designs. The theme is Niigata. The best designs are still produced on traditional towels. This towel is made in Fujioka Dyeing Factory in Niigata prefecture, not too far from Suwada's factory, a place with over 260 years of history. Tenugui was developed centuries ago
