we obtained this plant on a trip to Brazil from Roberto Menescal who named it

Cryptanthus 'Racing Stripes' X NEOPHYTUM Stout spines line the leafThis Carole Richtmyer hybrid, a cultivar of 'Peaches' x lacerdae 'Menescal' and grex mate to 'Primrose,' matures to a medium small, full, round rosette to 10 inches in diameter. The gold green to gold brown background color is overlaid with the typical lacerdae scurf pattern. Offsets occur on 3 to 4 inch long stolons. A wonderful little plant to add to your collection or your terrarium.
