It is hand tied. We have washed it with just water and air dried it, but have not ironed it or put it in the dryer. It would be a great candidate to be fixed up and used on a bed or for a cutter for other craft projects. Condition: It is in good vintage condition but does show some wear on some of the strips. We've tried to include photos of all these issues, but
