04ME17 - Spiritual Bathing: Healing Rituals and Traditions from around the World Format:Audio Speaker: JoAnn SanchezSpeaker: Rosita Arvigo. Every spiritual bathing tradition has its own philosophy, prayers, mythology and rituals. Rosita Arvigo describes Maya spiritual bathing: gathering the herbs (rue, marigold, basil, motherwort, sage and St. Johns wort), preparing the bath with prayerful intent, and bathing with prayer and incense. An enlightening technique learned at the feet of her teacher, Don Elijio of Belize.
