I lost my father unexpectedly recently and wanted to capture his spirit with this sauce,and share a slice of classic San Diego. Toasted chili de arbol, fire roasted tomato, roasted garlic, fresh squeezed lime and most importantly, no vinegar. It's as San Diego, as San Diego gets.
