Pattern is partially cut and complete aside from the belt

Zipper and hook and eye back closure. While not noticeable until up close inspection, his dress has a few areas of dark spots we have been unable to remove. There is also a small run in the fabric at back just below the waistline. Both flaws mentioned are reflected in the photographs and are not readily noticeable when
