Bright, clean, and lifted, this Chablis style Chardonnay shows fresh florals, citrus peel, and a hint of salty air. Zippy and precise, with green apple, crisp acidity, and a lean, refreshing finish. Winemaking: Sustainably farmed. Fermented with native yeast and aged entirely in stainless steel. Chabliss was coined by our dear friend and wine teacher, Christian
