I am not sure who made it. It's certainly a Lazy Ike Deep Ike imitation bait. I would guess either a Herters, Lazy Dazy or Atlantic Lures with my best guess on Herters. Whoever made it, it is beautiful. About 3" long including lip. Used with some minor wear but still overall in good condition, see photos. Hooks are worn but rest of lure is really nice. Great classic
