Kezia Gill at Half Moon Putney musician portrait WallSmall Two friends in the northI caught Kezia Gill and her captivating combination of Irish and country music at the Half Moon Putney in 2019. She mixed original songs with classic covers, and her distinct vocal style. Kezia was named Female Vocalist of the Year Award at the CCN Awards and the People's Choice Award for Soloist of the Year at the BCMAs in 2018. In this drawing I sought to capture Kezia's engagement with her audience. Pencil on cradled gesso panel. Strung. 40 x 50 x
