Strathmill 11y/o James Eadie 58.5%ABV 30ml exuberant: white pepperA heavily sherried Strathmill from Speyside. Usually a light and delicate malt used in blends such as J&B. Not often seen as a single malt. Recently there has been several different independent bottlings of Strathmill which are fabulous sherry monsters not in the usual character of the distillery. A single cask bottled at cask strength without chill filtering or colouring. This bottle was finished for 19 months in a first fill European Oak Oloroso
