'Meditation' is essentially a reflection of my own personal struggles with trying to relax and having some kind of relief from everyday life, particularly during our current state our country world is in, and by 'Regenerating' this anxiety into a painting or a space provides an escape, and I also hope this does the same for whoever views the painting.
