Topiary Syrah 2016 Size:750ml showing fullness of body andSyrah grapes are handpicked early in the morning, at the good maturity. Then, after three days cold soak, the wine is fermented. Then matured in French oaks for 12 months to create a real complexity and freshness. A very interesting wine. Beautiful and complex nose with dark fruits, clove and spice aromas. The taste is incredibly fresh for a red wine and the tannins are perfectly integrated in the wine.
