紅水晶火龍果係古洞琴姐嘅多年來得意之作。佢係本地有機特甜品種，外型係一個球狀、而唔係平時尖身嗰種。果肉係紫紅色，一啖咬入口甜到漏。琴姐嘅紅水晶仲係一種特別麻煩嘅品種，需要全人手幫助授粉先會結果實，琴姐同一班農夫喺紅水晶當造的季節（7-10月），每晚8點後就要行遍整個山頭為所有嘅紅水晶授粉，然後佢一定會等到所有紅水晶喺樹上全熟先至會摘落嚟，所以佢嘅甜度同埋鮮味係首屈一指。
