Sunpetal Hush harmony Golden Soldiers is incredibly vibrantSunpetal Hush, oil and acrylic on canvas, 120 x 80 cm Sunpetal Hush is a painting about light and stillness, that soft pause in the day when the sun dips and everything glows. I was drawn to the idea of calm within colour, of creating something that feels both wild and peaceful. The yellows and golds came first, unfolding like petals against the magenta and violet beneath them, and the whole piece seemed to hum with warmth. I worked intuitively,
