But this struggle produces what many claim are the best wines from Saint Aubin. The name is made up from two aspects of this vineyard. Murgers are small walls built from the rocks that were removed from the site to plant the vines. And Dents de Chien translates as dogs teeth which refers to the white (calcareous) triangular rocks found in the
