The Kanzel is a part of the old Olberg with a slighter more east orientation as the Mhlin, directly on the top of a limestone cliff. This vineyard is a bit colder and less exposed to the sun, half is from a French selection massale planted by Dr. Henrik Mobitz and half from old vines from German clones. Fermentation with 40 % whole clusters, in the beginning
