2025 Cailleach Winter Release - Single Malt Whisky Single Malt Whisky Seasoned with a touch ofSold out Cailleach is the name of the Gaelic Goddess of wind and cold, and the Queen of Winter. As an homage to Robbie's Scottish heritage and the Tasmanian winters that help to create our whisky, we bring you our annual Cailleach Single Malt Whisky release. This year's whisky is a marriage of five Fernando De Castilla, Pedro Ximenes Casks. What to expect: Notes of sticky date pudding, raisins soaked in rum, and dark chocolate truffles, with hints of
