Còsmic Vinyaters, Llibertat 2025 Cheverny half whole bunch and halfCsmic Vinyaters, led by Salvador Batlle Barrabeig, is a project which connects two Catalunyan landscapes. Vineyards spread across the inland Alt Empord region hug the base of the Pyrenees, while those further south in Baix Peneds are more coastally influenced. The latter sees a combination of autochthonous Catalunyan and foreign varietals, while those in Alt Empord are predominately hyper local. By working this way, Salvador and the team encapsulate
