Ingredients are: fresh Tawilis, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. We make our own tomato paste from scratch. Sometimes we use Tawilis or Tamban (if available). Shelf stable for three (03) years. No chili or not spicy. We use industry standard procedures and equipment. Refrigerate after opening.
