We used organic liquid stevia extract and monk fruit instead of the usual muscovado sugar for our regular ones in 500 ml. We smoke our own tomatoes. We have our own smokehouse to achieve a rich smoky flavor. No chemical "liquid smoke" here. We use local hardwood : mahogany, or mango or sometimes santol wood.
