It comes complete with the lamps, bezels and wire harness. This kit will allow your fog lamps to be on anytime your parking lamps or headlamps (not while in daytime running lamp mode) are on. They will also remain on with the high beams. We do offer an option to have them go off when the high beams are on. KIT DOES COME WITH STOCK HALOGEN BULBS..
