We enjoyed a scoop of blood orange and honey sorbet as well as rum and raisin ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone

opening up into layered caramel malt and Anzac biscuit

Oily and dry finish – mouth puckering

finished in Bourbon casks and then the casks are emptied and  the casks are rested

This small batch vintage bottling was made with some of those first refill and first fill Bourbon casks filled after reopening. Bottled at cask strength its pretty feisty leave in glass for a minute and or add a drop of water. Tasting notes Apples and Pears, muesli bar, vanilla, honey
