Domaine Hubert et Heidi Hausherr Le Sentier au Sud Pet Nat 2018 (Riesling & Pinot Gris) Region_Mornington Peninsula Mouthwatering acidity and soft skinA single site Pet Nat of 70% Riesling and 30% Pinot Gris, bright, fragrant and wonderfully alive. White blossom, lemon zest and ripe orchard fruit lead the nose, with a gentle, creamy mousse carrying pear skin and subtle tropical hints. A whisper of natural volatility brings aromatic lift and a touch of wild energy, perfectly in tune with the style. The palate is textural yet ultra fresh, shaped by long levage in old oak and the estates zero additive
